Protospiel Milwaukee 2023

Protospiel Milwaukee is a popular game design and development convention. Board game designers with all types of experience get together to test and promote game prototypes in a supportive, cooperative environment. This collaborative event is based on sharing experiences and insight toward a goal of making the best games.

This is the first year that this event will be hosted by Stan Kordonskiy and his company Half-a-Kingdom Games with help and support from its original host Eric Jome. Stan is a long time Protospiel participant and has gotten tremendous value out of these events. His games such as Lockup, Rurik, Endless Winter and several others were all Protospiel prototypes which were tested and improved at these conventions. As were many other popular games by many other designers. In order to keep this great tradition going all profits from badge sales will go towards future convention costs.
